The Personalization Co is a privately owned company which specializes in personalizing and printing your words and memories on high quality products.

We offer a wide range of personalized products. We create and personalize canvases, posters, throw pillows, tote bags, mugs, and cell phone cases. Furthermore, we continually add new quality products to our site.

YES!

We currently ship all our personalized products to the United States and Canada.

It depends where you are located and what shipping method you choose at checkout. It typically takes between 7 – 12 business days after you place to arrive with standard shipping.
At checkout you will be able to choose your shipping method and the delivery times will be displayed.

Most of our products have order tracking. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking information for your order. You can then enter the information on the shipping courier’s website to find out when your order will arrive.

If you have received a damaged product or a product that is not yours, please take a picture of the defect and send it to support@thepersonalizationco.com. We will respond with further instructions within 1 business day.
